Mexican Gray Squash Poriyal

Serving: 4 |Type: Veg-Side dish

Ingredients:

Gray Squash -2cup(diced)
Onion -¼ cup(diced)
Salt -to taste

Seasoning:

Oil -1tbsp
Mustard -½tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Red Chili -2
Curry Leaves -few
Asafotida -pinch

Method:

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  2. Add onion sauté for 1 or 2 minute then add salt and squash.
  3. Sauté for 5 minutes then turn off the stove.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Serve with white rice.
