Oats Bread Dosai(Crepe)

Ingredients:

Steel cut Oats -1cup
Bread -2slices
Rice Flour -5tbsp
Green chili -3 to5
Ginger -1inch
Salt -to taste
Onion(Minced) -½ cup
Cumin -1tsp
Curry Leaves -few
Curd(optional) -½ cup

Method:

  1. Soak the oats for 4 to5 hours with water.
  2. Grind soaked oats, bread, salt, green chili and ginger like fine paste with water.
  3. Then add onion, cumin, curry leaves, curd and rice flour.
  4. Mix well, this batter should not be very thick like idly batter.
  5. Heat the tawa spread the spoon full of batter into hot tawa and sprinkle 1tsp of oil and let it cook for both sides and Take it out from tawa.
  6. Serve with any chutney.

Note:

  1. You can use any kind or bread.
  2. Instead of steel cut oats you can use any kind of oats , but soaking time should be lesser than steel cut oats.
