Peanut Butter Murukku

 

Serving: 50 to 60 pieces | Type: snack

Ingredients:

Rice Flour -4cups
Peanut Butter -2tbsp(heap)
Unsalted Butter -1tbsp
Chili Powder -1 to 2tbsp
Asafetida -½tsp
Sesame seeds -2tbsp
Salt -to taste
Oil -for frying

Method:

 


  1. Mix everything with water except oil like chappati dough.
  2. Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
  3. Take a murukku press fill with dough make small murukku  and fry it in the oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Take out from the oil and keep it in the paper towel.
  6. Store it in the air tight container.
