Pottukadalai Murukku(Fried Gram Crispy)

 

Serving: 20  to 30 pieces | Type: Snack

Ingredients:


Rice Flour -3 cups
Pottukadalai Powder -1cup
Sesame Seeds -2tbsp
Chili Powder -1tbsp
Asafotida -¼tsp
Salt -to taste
Oil -for frying


Method:

  1. Grind the pottukadalai in the mixer like fine powder and keep it aside.
  2. Mix everything with little water and 2tbsp hot oil like chappati dough.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil make like murukku deep fry it in the oil.
  4. Fry like golden brown and take it out.
  5. Keep it in the air tight container.
  6. Serve it like snack.
