Serving: 2 | Type: Veg Rice
Ingredients:
Raw Rice | -1cup |
Chili Garlic Paste | -3 to 5tbsp |
Soy sauce | -2tbsp |
Sesame Seeds(white) | -2tbsp |
Onion(sliced),red chilli | -1 each |
Garlic (Chopped) | -3 |
Sesame Oil | -3 to 4tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Cook the rice with ½tsp salt, 1tbsp oil and 2 cups of water, spread the rice and let it cool down and keep it aside (Rice grains should be separate, not mushy) .
- Take a pan heat with oil add chopped garlic sauté for few seconds, then add onion and red chilli sauté for a minute on medium flame.
- Add sesame seeds fry for a second then add chill garlic paste sauté a for a minute, then add cooked rice mix well and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add soy sauce mix well check the salt and spicy and then turn off the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Note:
- If you want you can add purple cabbage while sauté the onion.
- You can use raw rice whatever you want, like basmati, ponni, sona masoori, jasmine or long grain rice’s.
