Vellarikkai Thair Pachadi(Cucumber Yogurt Sauce)

Ingredients:


Cucumber(Diced) -2cups
Salt -To taste
Yogurt -1cup
Oil -1tsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Asafotida -pinch
Green chili -1
Red chili -1
Curry leaves -few

Method:

 

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, then add cucumber sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Then turn off the stove.
  3. Let it cool down, then add yogurt mix well.
  4. Serve with masala chappati, or rice varieties.
