Basandi ( Saffron Cream)

Milk -3cup
Sugar -7bsp
Saffron -pinch
Chopped Nuts (optional) -2tbsp


  1. Take a microwave bowl, pour milk and boil for 6 minutes then let it sit for one minute.
  2. Then take out the cream and save it.
  3. Keep repeating  this until milk reduce quarter of its quantity.
  4. Then add sugar to the left over the milk and let it boil for a minute.
  5. With a spoon lightly mash the saved cream and add into the milk.
  6. Garnish with saffron and chopped nuts.
  7. Place it in the fridge and let it cool for 5 to 8 hours.
  8. Serve it.
