Ingredients:
Milk | -3cup |
Sugar | -7bsp |
Saffron | -pinch |
Chopped Nuts (optional) | -2tbsp |
Method:
- Take a microwave bowl, pour milk and boil for 6 minutes then let it sit for one minute.
- Then take out the cream and save it.
- Keep repeating this until milk reduce quarter of its quantity.
- Then add sugar to the left over the milk and let it boil for a minute.
- With a spoon lightly mash the saved cream and add into the milk.
- Garnish with saffron and chopped nuts.
- Place it in the fridge and let it cool for 5 to 8 hours.
- Serve it.
