Beans Thangai Poriyal(Beans Coconut Fry)

 

Serving: 2 |Type: Veg-Side dish

Ingredients:

Beans(chopped) -1 ½ cups
Onion(chopped) -¼ cups
Grated Coconut -2tbsp
Salt -to taste
Coriander Leaves -few(optional)

 

Seasoning:

Oil -2tsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Asafotida -1pinch
Red Chili -2
Curry Leaves -few

 

Method:

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
  2. Add onion saute for 1 minute, then add beans saute with salt for 2 minutes .
  3. Cover with lid and cook on low flame until beans get  soft.
  4. Now add grated coconut saute for 1 minute  then turn off the stove.
  5. Serve with rice.
