Mullangi Keerai Poriyal

 

Serving: 2 |Type: Veg- Poriyal

Ingredients:

Mullangai Keerai(chopped) -3cups
Onion(chopped) -¼ cup
Thur Dhal( ¾ cooked) -½ cup
Grated Coconut -2tbsp
Oil -1tbsp
Mustard -½tsp
Urad dhal -1tsp
Red Chili -2
Salt -to taste

Method:


  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  2. Add onion sauté for 30 seconds then add keerai sauté until it get soft.
  3. Then add coconut, salt and cooked dhal mix well and cook for 1 or 2 minute.
  4. Turn off the stove.
  5. Now ready to serve with rice.
