Oven Roasted Potatoes(Fry)

Small Potatoes (Halved ) -15
Onion (big chunks) -1
Vinegar -1tbsp
Chili Powder -1tbsp
Olive Oil -2tbsp
Coriander leaves (cut) -1tbsp
Mint leaves (cut) -1tbsp
Salt -to taste


  1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients.
  2. Allow it to marinate for half-an-hour to 2 hours.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 450F (220C).
  4. Place the ingredients in to a cookie sheet and spread it out evenly. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
  5. Then, bake it for 15-20mins.
  6. Make sure the potatoes for golden-brown.
  7. You can serve it by itself or with rice.
